This lovely porcelain 10 1/2 inch coupe plate is hand painted with beautiful pink roses and foliage. The misty background has shades of blues, greens, and hints of golden yellow. This one of a kind piece has been meticulously hand painted and kiln fired (to over 1300 degrees) layer by layer permanently fusing the painting with the white glazed china. The plate is brand new and has no chips or cracks. It has a beautiful shine and has been signed and dated by artist Angela Thompson. Measuring 8 3/4 inches long by 5 1/4 inches wide, this lovely vintage silverplate dish is based in black. Next I hand painted pink, yellow, and red roses. The hand painted lettering is in gold and reads "Romantique" (French for Romantic). The gold is repeated around the ornate edge of the piece. A pretty pink ribbon runs through the sign and is included to hang it. The design is sealed with a non-yellowing glossy sealer, just dust with a soft damp cloth. Signed by Artist, Angela Thompson.
