Returns Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact me at angela@artisticromantic.com or by phone (301) 467-9107 prior to returning the item for authorization.
Custom orders are exempt from being returned.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
